- Our standard shipping UPS Ground. Other methods can be used if requested, but the shipping charges may be higher.

What methods of payment do you accept?
- All credit cards are accepted (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), as well as debit cards. An order may be mailed in by printing out the order, using check or money order. We do not ship C.O.D.

How do I check on the status of my order
- When you registered with our site, you used your email address and created a password. Simply sign in to the site, and follow the link to check on the status of your order.

Can you notify me if a particular item changes?

One of the great features of our shopping cart is the ability for you to add an item to a watch list. Notification will be sent to you if any item you select changes.

What is your return policy?
- Any item is returnable if returned within ten days in the same condition it was shipped. All tags must be intact. If an item is embroidered or altered, it is not returnable.
- To return an item to the store:
- You may return an item to our retail store, even if it was purchased over the internet. Please be sure to bring the original proof of purchase, and the credit card used for the original purchase (or gift receipt). A valid identification is required to process all returns and exchanges with a return/exchange receipt. Our store hours are 8:30 to 5:30 Mon-Fri and 9-3 Sat, closed Sunday.
- To return an item by mail:
- You may return an item back to us at the address below using any shipping method. Once your return is received, we will either exchange the item or issue a store credit and advise you of this. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping expenses.
